Merry X'mas with The Voice

The Voice第三季就這樣結束了！
第三季從一開始就人才濟濟到最後要分高下的時候更是緊張刺激
The Voice比起他台其他選秀的節目實在是相當有深度
這就不用提小甜甜布蘭妮參加主持的The X Factor...有夠難看而且超級假的 大家動不動愛哭的像水龍頭一樣
American Idol 培育了很多優秀的歌手 不過近幾年就沒那麼好看了

The Voice的噱頭除了只聽聲音轉身之外
還有裁判的互動很可愛
Adam Levine and Blake Shelton- bromance 打情罵俏
Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera 實力唱將組合

下一季的裁判除了Adam與Blake還在以外 更是加入了Shakira and Usher
好期待喔

I voted

公司今天竟然說要投票的人可以提前2小時走
不過我還是堅持到4點多一點的時候離開
投票所就在我家旁邊耶
我把車停在樹下就慢慢走過去了 穿著我的小紅鞋


因為是第一次投票
我拿出駕照驗明正身
然後選舉工作人員在本子上找到我的名字後
我就得到兩張很大的選票 選票外面還有個cover
工作人員提醒我在選完以後要把兩張票上面的存跟撕下來當作收據
然後再把cover蓋上還給他們

這個投票所總共有大約5個普通小投票間 1個給聽障人士使用的投票間
我拿到選票的時候5個小投票間都滿了
工作人員示意可以到旁邊一個小會議間投

坐下以後仔細看了選票
根本就是放大版本的答案卡
對於你神聖的選擇  就是把斷掉的箭頭連起來
Obama/Biden  
因為還要投senatar, house of representatives還有ca propositions 所以更像是在答題了

Trulia 的優點是有討論區 可以看到前人發問的問題
像是有人會問

Zillow的優點是更容易看到附近房子的賣價歷史

我最愛使用的網站是Redfin.
下載了iphone的Redfin app後更是超級便利

Redfin優過Trulia, Zillow, Realtor 之類的網站的主因是它的new listing更新的最快
在這種非常時期 當然要搶先一步

使用Redfin app跟使用它的網站基本上是一樣的
你只要設定好自己喜歡的區域與目標價
天天都可連線看有沒有新的房仔釋出到市面上(by choosing days on redfin, you will get the latest listing sorting from new to old.)
因為這個app實在太好用了所以我後來都沒有使用網站了..
看到喜歡的listing, 直接選share/forward就可轉給我的agent Patrick了
(所以在這種非常時期 要是沒有一隻智慧型手機
就會慢半拍了 千萬要！掌握！第一手訊息！)

搬家完

遊子在外闖蕩多年
靠著租屋歇息
終於！
我現在有了一個自己的小小屋
終於有“家“的感覺了

--雖然目前為止傢具還差了沙發（週二到達）客廳桌仔（物色中）餐桌（還沒組合）
  餐桌椅（物色中） 電視櫃（還沒組合）掛畫（物色中）廚房窗簾（物色中）

打完以後發現真的是除了主臥房的床以外..其他甚麼都沒好
可是真的是超累的！！！

5月寫完美男社區後
大約過2個星期
Patrick連絡我說他朋友在賣一個房仔 他覺得我會喜歡
然後我就去看了 然後明天 是的就是明天 tomorrow is the closing day.

話說我為何決定買房呢？
---天天被長輩（公司老闆etc）朋友洗腦  買房投資節稅
   關鍵點是bay area房租大漲  我的租房歷史以studio來看是美金 $875->$925->$1025
節節升高
其實附近地區studio已漲到$1300啦！$1025 真的是...老住戶價耶
朋友的one bed room也要$1700了...
所以馬的我就終於下定決心買一個 謝謝爸媽的支持

首先從agent開始說起
挑一個適合自己的agent是相當重要的
Patrick 30出頭歲 當real estate agent不算太久
他來自San Francisco, 是個相當和藹可親 甚至帶有喜感的廣東仔
娶了咱們台灣的女孩 所以是個台灣女婿啦 （離題了離題了）
Patrick的好處就是他不push 從頭到尾試着了解客戶的需求喜好
我們的模式就是我自己在redfin上找 然後寄給他 然後我們再一起去看
如果遇到我中意的 他會由他的角度分析這個房仔的優缺點 同時也會寄比較價目表給我
最後已經演變成 他可從我眼睛閃的程度來判別...我是不是愛上了這個房仔...

美男社區

我決定為美男社區寫一篇文章是因為
我看我跟它是沒緣份了啦！！！！！！！

從2月開始看房仔後
能讓我的眼睛為之一閃的只有兩個社區
其中一個就是距離valley fair沒有很遠的美男社區

算算我瞄準美男社區下的offer可是有2個
加上一個競標很驚險的1
去當場看了都有6次吧
美男社區為何叫做美男社區--因為鄰居是美男,然後管理員也是美男 ....

反正讓我心儀的原因是因為交通方便 生活方便 然後房仔是木頭的外觀
整體layout很好 2房2衛而且還有陽台 很多很多樹 就像叢林一般
然後健身房設備很佳

今天才知道有個新聞
就是美男社區附近的公立醫院
的停車場挖掘到將近1500個...屍體..在簡陋木棺裡...
是因為18xx年到193x年過世的病患..沒有錢好好埋葬..就放在醫院的空地了....

天啊！！！！！
所以我跟美男社區的緣份..也許是一開始就註定的....

終於讀完了我的Steve Jobs傳記
讀到最後快要結束的時候,很捨不得闔起書來
但是看這本如此厚的書,,還是快闔起來好了

我開始用Apple的產品要追溯到大學的時候
那時候千求萬求才求到我媽買給我的iPod mini(pink)
後來出國後自己買台iPod classic
還買了iPod nano給我弟作為某年的聖誕禮物
最興奮也是最愛的是第一台iPhone 3G 好愛好愛
之後陸續買了macbook小白與iPod shuffle
去年upgrade成為iPhone 4
然後今年回台的時候買了一台iPad 2 給我爸 --但是後來被我媽拿去用
Apple的產品....就是讓人不用則已,一用就上癮
每一項產品都是經典美的設計

Steve Jobs我們矽谷的傳奇
統治最有創意的Apple的暴君
謝謝他可以這麼愛音樂
他的最愛是Bob Dylan 與 The Beatles.
謝謝他有這個idea把當年我用的sony walkman換成iPod所以我們這些愛聽音樂的人可以帶著好多音樂到處跑 不用一片一片換CD.
謝謝他有這個idea生出iPhone我心目中永遠最漂亮的手機 整合app讓我們的電話娛樂實用性兼備
現在的我可以不要有電腦,但是我真的真的不能沒有我的iPhone.

2011年我們失去了Steve Jobs
2012年我們更要以Jobs精神繼續奮鬥
雖然要成為下一個Steve Jobs不僅是很難...應該是完全不可能的事
但我們每個人應該都為自己所愛的事好好奮鬥 就像Jobs熱愛蘋果一樣
繼續為這個世界帶來更多的美好
